We work hard to ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable. Our clients are encouraged to ask any questions they may have about the veterinary procedures or express any concerns they have about fees before the services are provided.
Written estimates are gladly provided before treatment is administrated upon request.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
We accept personal checks with a valid drivers license from MA.
Payment is due at the time of service.
No-Show/Late Cancellation: Please call 24 hours in advance to avoid a Late/Cancellation fee! If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible. A No-Show/Late Cancellation will incur a fee which needs to be paid before re-scheduling your appointment. The next appointment scheduled after a No-Show/Late Cancellation will be required to leave a deposit to hold that appointment. This amount will go towards your visit in the event of another No-Show/Late Cancellation, including a late arrival, this amount is non-refundable.
New Clients, Your First Visit: In order to book your first visit, we require a prepayment per pet that will go towards your office visit. In the event you do not show up for your scheduled visit, including a late arrival, this deposit will be non-refundable and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. The next scheduled appointment will require a prepayment per pet that will be non-refundable in the event of a no show, including a late arrival. The deposit is for your first visit only and may be revisited if future appointments are missed. Thank you for your anticipated understanding!
Surgery: All surgical cases will require a deposit that will be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation. *For surgical appointments, please call two business days ahead to avoid a Late/Cancellation fee*

Emergencies during our regular office hours are given top priority.
If possible, phone ahead so we will be prepared to deal with your emergency situation immediately upon arrival.
